TERMS & CONDITIONS

The gift certificate ("Certificate") is issued by Exclusively Canada Ltd., in accordance with the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute the entire agreement and your possession or use of this Certificate constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

To redeem a gift certificate, the original gift certificate must be presented to Exclusively Canada Ltd. at time of payment. No copy, scanned image or facsimile will be accepted.
Gift certificates must be redeemed before the expiry date that appears on the certificate. Gift certificates expire two (2) years from the date of issue. Gift Certificate expiry dates will not be extended.
Gift Certificates may only be redeemed at Exclusively Canada Ltd. towards the purchase of travel products listed on our websites.
Gift Certificates are not refundable.
If the value of the gift certificate exceeds the value of the purchase with Exclusively Canada Ltd., a refund will not be issued for the difference.
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
A gift certificate cannot be used for the purchase of another gift certificate
If you cancel a purchase, in accordance with Exclusively Canada Ltd. Travel Cancellation terms and conditions, and you redeemed your gift certificate as full or part payment of the cancelled purchase, Exclusively Canada Ltd. will issue to you a new gift certificate in the same amount and expiry date as the initial gift certificate.
Exclusively Canada Travel Gift Certificates are issued in the Province of British Columbia Canada, and their terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and Canada.
